Case will be dismissed on the Courts own motion.
What does No Service Order mean when I get a letter like this? I filled my case 19 day of May, 2003. Movants shall be granted until the 2 day of September,2003 to file proof of service; othwise, the case will be dismissed on the Court's own motion. Clerk shall return this file to the Court on the first court service day after time elapses.Dated and signed this 1 day of August,2003. I can't affored a Attorney so I filled my own Divorce papers.

This means that either you serve the papers on your spouse officially, or your divorce proceedngs will be dismissed.
You need to get a book and read up on how to do what youy're doing, if you're not going to hire an attorney. Nolo publishes lots of do-it-yourself books.
