what does a child have for abilities

I was wondering what a child in divorce situation can do to get legal matters straight and to have a normal life. My father is being a law breaker and is destroying my mothers life and trying to have her destroied as well. He won't pay the bills that he was ordered by court to pay and even the ones for split amounts. I was wondering what I could do to help my mom out in the situation.

Legally you don't have any standing to intervene. It's your mother's problem to work out
