Child abuse
My duaghter was abused physicaly and possiably sexually. The physical abuse has been founded at this time while the sexual abuse is still ongoing. My question is how would I go about getting the person whom took this action aginst my daughter to pay for all medical and counseling costs?

If the person who did this is convicted of a crime you can contact the Crime Victims Compensation Fund. You can also sue them in court but you'll have to fund that yourself.
How is it that sexual abuse is ongoing? Do you not have custody of your child?
