getting my child back from the state
newborn tested positive for meth I gave her voluntarily to my understanding that was the easy way.I've never been in trouble and yet they will only allow 2 hours a week with her. Can i end the contract and get her back until thay decide to file a court order?

From knowing how DHS operates I would say that the ONLY way you will be able to reunite with your child is to do EVERYTHING they ask you to without questioning them one bit. Sure, you could probably do something here or there but they might just go and start the process of filing a CINA petition...if they haven't already.
