Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Child Custody

I am 5 months pregnant and currently live in Iowa. Would i legally be able to move to Colorado without consent from the father of the baby? At this point he says there's no way he's going to let his baby be taken out of state, and i know that if i try to move AFTER the baby is born then it will be alot more complicated. What are my options?
