Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

We are currently in child protective services dispute.

Is living with someone a violation of 232.2(6)(g). Two cases of non-supervision of a young child happening concurrently 6 months prior to which you have already been involved with voluntary services offered by social services enough statute for 232.2(6)(c). Finally is a drug test for a probation officer 4 months prior in which the caseworker didn't see fit to push for court ordered--name removed--services violation of 232.2(6)(n) mandate a petition to the courts.

If you're involved in a CINA case and your children have been removed you should have already had a court appointed lawyer assigned to your case. I suggest you contact them to resolve your particular issue. And without knowing the history of the person you're living with I could not assess that question.
