Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
child support order
I have a child support order for my 17 year old daughter. The order states that child support will end in Sept. on her 18th birthday, but she still has another year of high school, how do I go about getting the order changed to continue getting support throughout her last year of high school.

Re: child support order
You can file a motion to amend the existing custody and support order. The following has some good information on the subject. I suggest you consult with a good family law lawyer in your area.
