Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Child Support

I pay child support for three kids. My oldest turned 18 in November and graduate's this spring. He will be going to college this fall. My divorce decree only states that payment will be made monthly until further ordered by the court.

So what would be my next move, contact the court or get an attorney to help.

If you want your support reduced you need ot ask the court to modify the support and custody order. How you choose to do that is up to you.
