Last Child Support Payment...

Divorce decree states: Pay until child turns 18 and graduates from high school. My child will be finished with high school at mid-term (Dec.22) and will be 18 on Feb.2. She will not receive diploma until late May. Do I keep paying until May? Or stop at her b-day? Thanks!

I think you have to pay until her birthday. The question would be "What is meant by 'graduates'?" I'd say if she's entitled to take the diploma by going to the office and saying 'print me one please' that would probably be close enough for a court.
