Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

child

i am suppose to be sending my 10yr old daughter and my 6 yr. old son back to fl. in the morning and i am not.i am concerned for there well being ther mom is recently divorced and now engaged to a registered sex offender the children want to live here and want there mom to move back also.the children are the main concern there entire family is here in iowa including her's what should i do? how much trouble will i be in?

You really have not told me enough about your situation. One might ask why you waited until the day before you have to send the children back before reaching out. A lot depends on what state your custody and support agreement was filed in, and how long the children have been with you. More information is needed.
