Child Visitation

My court order states the my ex and I will alternate ''school holiday vacations''. Does this mean that he get 1/2 the Preschool holidays? His lawyer had stated last time we were in court that ''Preschool wasn't real school'' so my ex should not lose the sunday overnight till my son starts kindergarden.

It sounds to me like you all will have to go back to court to determine whay you meant by school holiday vacations then. There's no other option that I know of.
