Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My child's birth certificate has my ex-boyfriend listed as father, we both signed voluntary paternity affidavit at the time of birth, however is not the biological father. She is almost 2yrs old now. We have done DNA testing on child, myself, ex-boyfriend & current boyfriend to prove who is & who is not the father of child. After doing this I have been getting run around on getting birth certificate changed. The child was born in Iowa but all parties involved live in Illinois now. Can I just take the DNA results & biological father with me to a judge & have court order done?? If not, what can I do to get birth certificate changed ASAP??

One thing you haven't stated is whether there is a custody and support order in place or whether there has been a determination of paternity in accordance with 252A.3. That's important information.

I don't think that this is something you can fix with a mere DNA test. I'd suggest that you contact a licensed attorney to resolve this matter.
