committing someone to rehab
can siblings committ a married brother to rehab by three family signatures against his will on suspicion of drug use and without his or his wifes knowledge of the matter? would the wife be able to over rule this action by the siblings? Is this possibly legal?

You will need to file a substance abuser petition with the clerk of court alleging that the person is a danger to themselves and others. The person will be taken into custody and there will be a hearing very shortly. If the court finds that the person is a danger to themselves and others they may be committed for a short time.
