my wife and i recently found her ex husband and their children. the divorce decree said she did not have visitation however he let her contact them for two days he on the third day termanited contact saying she had no rights. on the first day of contact he stated that she could call any time. is there any thing we can do to regain contact wile our potition to modify the divorce decree is in the process of being filed?

If there was no visitation allowed per the decree, any visit is a violation of the court's order. If you have filed a petition to modify the decree you will have to wait until the court rules on it. The fact that you were willing to act contrary to the court's order will work against you when the cause ultimately gets heard.
