Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
If a couple is not married and have children then seperate and one takes the children, the other pays child support but they have never gone to court over custody, and the one who took the children refuses to let the parent whos paying child support see his children, shouldnt the parent thats being denied his children be able to go take his children and keep them? Cause there never was a custody hearing. What makes it right for her to keep them and deny the father visitation when hes paying support to them?
