custody of son

If there is a court hearing wich may place my son out of his mother's care how likely am i to get him into my custody as the legal father?

No one can answer that for you. It's up to the judge.

What you can do is try to increase your odds of appearing more fit for primary custody, --a local attorney can help coach you on that.

Only the court can answer that question. A lot depends on your ability and willingness to care for the child
