Can I Have Custudy

I have my son but there were no actual legal papers saying that I have custudy just he is to pay child support that which he does not. He never takes him and i never hear from him. So can I just send papers and have him sihn his rights up?

I suggest you consult an attorney to define your rights and obligations under the agreement by which you sepatated or divorced.

He cannot sign his parental rights away.
