Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My daughter is in an animal hoarding situation with my ex wife. I have not been able to get dhs or the sheriff's dept to do anything about the matter. I have all of my parental rights. Her mother has primary custody. Am I within my legal rights to remove her from the extreme unsanitary conditions?

If you do not have custody you cannot do what you propose. You can file a motion to change custody with the court.
