Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My daughter is 15 years old and wants to live with me now. I currently have her every other weekend. If her mother agrees, how difficult would it be to make it happen?

The two of you would have to mutually agree to modify the existing custody and support agreement and have it approved by the court.
