Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My daughters mother is planning on moving her and my daughter to florida. I have voiced that I am against this move. Do I have rights that can stop her from moving my child hundreds of miles away without my permission.

Unless you have a custody and support agreement in place her rights are as good as yours and you've got nothing to hold her to.
