Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa
DHS accused me of tying my 8 month old up with a rope and abusing my 22 month old because he had a bruise on his leg. DHS told the daycare they were attending that I tied my son up with a rope and they told the doctors office they also asked my 7 year old son if he ever seen me tie his brother up with a rope. There accusations were false I appealed them in court and got the case thrown out but now I am wondering if there is anything I can do about them slandering me and telling others lies and getting my 7 year old involved like that.

I assume that you're saying that you were on the child abuse registry and that has now been rescinded. The fact that you were investigated doesn't constitute slander.
