if you have two diffrent birth certifates when you were born but one is not valid and you got married under that name does it invalidate the marriage?

Why would someone have two different birth certificates?

I suspect the marriage is still valid as it would not depend on the birth certificate. You would do well to hire an attorney to clear up this mess as it has all sorts of negative legal implications, particularly if you are tempted to use this shadow identity to do things you might otherwise not be allowed to do, or to avoid your taxes.
