Disrespectful Daughter

My daughter barrowed money from me now she has the money in her bank account to pay me back. I have asked her time and time again to get the money out for me and she replys with ok I will. But she never does. I have checked her balance and she spending like crazy. She is only 17 so by rights can I being her mother and her a minnor. Go to the bank and take what she owes me out of her account before she spends it all.

Unless you have a joint account it's her money and not yours.
