Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

I am going through a divorce. My ex needs my information for taxes but he started a credit card in his former ex's name and ran up $10,000 worth of debt. Do I have to give him my information for taxes?

If it's part of your financial submission to the court, yes, you must disclose it in your filing.
