divorce and property

I have been divorced about 3-4 yrs my ex was to re-finace a loan for a vehical. and get my name off of the loan. she has blowin the motor and now wants me to sign off on the title. what do i do am i still liable for the loan?

If the refinance was part of the dissolution decree you might be able to get her cited for contempt. If it was an informal arrangement you're stuck.
