Had a scheduled court date. The clerk of court failed to call my attorney. We appeared, and now I have an attorney bill for $800. Who is responsible for this bill? The lady said sorry.

I don't understand what your question is. What was the clerk supposed to do that they didn't? It's your attorney's job to stay on top of this stuff, not to depend on others.
