Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

during our divorce, my wife recieved 10,000 from a lawsuit, and hid that info until after i had signed the papers. I also over paid child support for seven months at 550 per month. can i recover any of this money?

You have two questions. Are proceeds of a lawsuit part of the marital estate that have to be declared in the financials, and can you recover any overpaid child support?
