Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

doctored court transcripts

We have just received a copy of the transcrits from court, & they were clearly docotored. The case is pending an appeal from the apellete court. What are our legal options? This is from a district court in Iowa. Are there audio recordings as well? Can we request that they be compaired?

What you have is the official record of the trial or hearing. I suggest you raise this with your attorney.
