Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Education

My xwife submitted false 1040 forms for consideration for child support consideration. Is this against the law? What do I do? Also my children are missing school and she has not given them to me on many of my visitation. I did contempt of court against her but the Judge doesn't seem to care. What can I do? She also has lied under oath many times. What can I do about that?

What can you do about all this? Hire a competent attorney and listen to what they tell you. You will get nowhere with blanket claims of perjury and judicial misconduct. If you have credible evidence that your spouse filed a false tax return you can contact the IRS, I am sure they would be interested.
