errors in a devorse decree
My wife was just looking over her devorse decree from her first marrage. She found several factual errors in the decree such as the marrage date being wrong. What soes thid mean for her devorse and our marrage.

Re: errors in a devorse decree
Probably nothing. If it really bothers her, she can hire an attorney and go to the court for a nunc pro tunc order correcting the errors but she'll have to locate her ex and serve him with notice.
