My father died and left the house to me as owner. He had remarried and stated in the will (without a trust) that his wife could stay there until she passes. Can I move into the home while she is there if she chooses not to purchase the home from me?

If she's got a life estate and you move in without her permission you're a trespasser even though your name's on the paper. It all depends on what the will says.
