Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

my exwife has filed for custody and child support of our minor son (17YO).

I contested and the judge has required we have a stipulation and discovery meeting before march 5th.

what happens if she and her lawyer havn't agreed on a date before then? I stated to her and her lawyer I would make myself available anytime.

Thanks

Danny Carter

If you've affirmatively made yourself available and they haven't cooperated they're the ones with the problem, not you.
