Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Falsifying financial info.

Not sure if this went thru, so I will send it again. I believe my ex husband is falsifying information to csru in Iowa, also on his taxes, and financial statements, to avoid paying more child support. Are there laws I can read, or research, to help protect me, or prove thet he is lieing. He stated when he farms 300 acres, and owns and operates 2 semis, that his gross income is only $11,000 per year. And is asking for his child support obligation to be lowered 2 $110 per mo. to my daughter. Thank you, and sorrry it was so long.

I suggest you hire an attorney and be prepared to subpoena his financial records when this matter comes before the court.
