fathers getting custody

yes i was wondering my husband is wanting custody of his 2 children from his ex-wife but the divorce was finalized in 2003, i need to know what to do to get them from her.

You don't get to do anything because you have no standing. He is the one who has to go to court. If he did not get custody initially it is an uphill climb to get a court to change the arrangements.
