Fathers rights
Would like to know the rights of my granddaughter's father pertaining to visitation since he a registered sex offender in the state of Iowa. My granddaughter is presently only 9 months old and has only visited her father under supervision a total of 4 times,

Those rights are determined by the agreement in effect between the father and mother that dissolved the marriage or otherwise set out the rights and responsibilities of the parties.
If you do not have custody, you do not have standing in this dispute.
