Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

Is it fraud? I paid child support but child may not be mine

I paid child support for the past 15 yrs. Now there's a rumor that the child may not be mine. I've always been dad, but is there recourse against the woman if she purposely held this fact from our while we were married? She's now trying to obtain money even through college for our child? Is there recourse for me or is it a sad lesson learned? What does Iowa law say? I am now living in CA and mother now in state of MO. Child support was ordered in IA. Thanks!

The time is long past when you could have contested paternity under our law if you had a basis for it. If your name is on the birth certificate that's usually enough right from the beginning. That train left the station many years ago.
