Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

funerals

i would like to start a funeral consulting business as in working with families to help them weed through all the funeral homes and supplies and services i would be an independent consultant hired by families to work with the funeral home as a wedding consultant does with weddings i need to know the laws in iowa as well as the forms i need in this type of business i recently lost my mom and found a great need for this type of service

I think you could start by reviewing the Iowa Administrative Code chapter 645 and contacting the Board of Mortuary Science Examiners to see if you need to be licensed.
