Good morning.,

Curious if custody court papers from 2006, trump a Notarized paper from 2015?

Biological mother gave biological father temp custody in July 2015, signed and notarized by both.

Now she wont give him back, what are the options?

The answer's obvious. The original custody and support order from 2006 controls and if people want to change that they've got to go back to court and go in front of a judge. Some bogus "agreement" written on the back of a restaurant menu is of no value at all.
