Guardianship and power of attorney

MOther has guardianship over a mentally retarded daughter age 44. Mother would like two other daughters to have power of attorney if something happens to her. Is this possible and how do we go about getting it done. NOt alot of money to pay out alot. Mother has complete guardianship as mentally retarded daughter can not sign anything the mother does it for her,

I'd suggest you contact an attorney who is experienced in this area. It's far too complicated for amateur lawyering.
