Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

my half brothers father was just arrested and his step mom (whom has no rights over him) is on drugs. i am 19 but adopted. is there anything i can do to keep him out of foster care?

If you are self supporting and have your own home you can certainly be considered for placement. You have to ask the social worker for it. Has there been a CINA case opened?
