Home equity

We have been married a little less than 5 years. I owned the house we are living around 7 years prior to our marriage. Is she entitled to any of the equity in the home?

Being married less than 5 years is she entitled to any of my retirement plan?

If the house is still in your name, no, but if she ever contributed to the paymensts and upkeep then yes.

Yes, she is entitled to some of your retirement. How much is another story.
