Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

my husband has custody of my 16 year old daughter, and i have visitation rights. my question is she doesnt want to live there and she has decided to stay at my home and refuses to go back to her fathers house. can i get in trouble for not forcing her to go back.?and how can i get custody.

You can pay an attorney and go to court and try to get the custody and support order modified. If you aren't doing your part to uphold the letter of the custody and support agreement then you could be liable for contempt of court.
