Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My husband has a daughter that lives with her mother and he has visitation rights and pays child support. She is 16 yrs old and wants to move in with us, but her mom says no. What rights does she have and how could we make this happen

The answer to the first question is "none". If you want to litigate a change in the custody and support agreement be prepared to pay up front, that's the only way this might happen and there's no guarantee of success either.
