Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My husband has full legal/physical custody of his daughter. We allow the daughter to stay with the ex-wife every other weekend, like a typical visitation arrangement. The ex-wife pays no child support. The ex-wife is asking for a copy of the daughter's social security card as she has said she needs it for "housing."

1) Is there any obligation to provide this for her?

2)Can she legally use daughters SS# when she has no legal custody?

I'm not sure I like the way this is headed. Although I do not think there is a reason why this person should have the daughter's social security number, asking for the card troubles me. I'd be doing a lot more asking of questions myself.
