Ex husband still harrassing after being divorced over 5 years

I have a freind whos ex husband is constantly harrassing her. He takes her back to court at lest twice a year for anything he can come up with from Child support to Reestablishing the court orders to paying less child support... This was after he remorgaged the house paid off his trucks and credit cards then handed her papers for divorce. Leaving her the morgage and the kids and all bills still left. Now 5 yrs later he still physically abuses her, Leaves threatening calls, messages, mentally herrasses her and the police and courts do nothing. Oh yes he has even remarried. What can she do?? He also threatens the kids.

You do not have any standing to get involved. It's your friend's problem, not yours and she should be the one seeking legal advice.
