Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My husband is in the middle of a custody case with his ex-wife. She has requested discovery including his tax return. We file jointly in Iowa and so my information, wages etc. are on there. What are the laws regarding this? I don't feel comfortable her knowing my income information. Do I have any rights to fight this?
