Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My husband ex moved 2 hours away and expects him now to either go halfway each way to pick them up and drop off or drive one full way, her idea to move, we really cannot afford gas and our cars cannot make it that far, she threatened w/calling the sheriff if he did not last week, can he really get in trouble?

It sounds like you need to interpose the lawyers between your spouse and his ex. Nobody deserves to be threatened and last I heard there was no law that says people must visit their kids.
