Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

My ex husband is seeking to have our child support order modified. He has become legal guardian of 3 step-children from a 2nd marriage and receives SS survivor's benefits for those 3 kids (he is divorced from their mother and their biological father is deceased). Does he have to claim those survivor benefits as income in our child support review?

I would say yes. Not disclosing it would be deceptive.
