can my husbands ex be held responsible

i was recently accused of abusing my stepdaughter a 2 time when the child and her mother found out i was pregnant they filed charges that were founded due to the stess and the child threw a fake phone at me among others pshisical contact from the child had a miscarriage and am now a child abuser is ther any thing we can do

Once you're on the registry it lasts for ten years. You can appeal that but be prepared for a difficult and expensive fight with no guarantee of success.
