Legal Question in Family Law in Iowa

international child support

I am a US citizen. My alien ex-wife filed locally with the child support recovery unit for child support after 5 years of separation for a child I do not believe is mine. Moreover, the child support recovery units puruit of this case from a Nonreciprocal Child Support country national seems to violate posted documents on your website, violates the PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND WORK OPPORTUNITY RECONCILIATION ACT OF 1996, and Equal Protection Under the Law given that I could not file such a case against my ex-wife. Answers?

You have not provided enough information to give an answer-such as where the action was filed, what country it was filed in, and whether you litigated paternity when you could have.
